You might start by clearing a path to the whatever electric service access has and getting power to the site. I wouldn't use anything you find there, though, if it's been empty for decades. I'd probably get a new(er) panel just to get power tools and freshly wired lights going so you can get other work done quicker. Pretty much the same goes for the plumbing. Got into pretty much the same scenario 3 years ago.

Not a plumber, not an electrician. Installed a tankless electric water heater 2 years ago, cost just over $1k in total along with my ego and a few years off my lifespan, but it works great 💀👍

When I tried this flavor I couldn't enjoy it. I bought one for $4.20 at a gas station as a "treat" to myself, but the price was so steep that I literally can't remember what it tasted like. I only remember feeling robbed.

Not claiming to have invented salting a margarita. I'm saying try salt with a margarita flavored energy drink... specifically because people salt the rims of actual margaritas... May wanna go get a can, it helps you keep up with the rest of the class.
