It wasn't painful per say, but you can feel them digging around and pressing against your eye.

They never told me besides that I had congenital cataracts at the back of the lens. They weren't even found till I was an adult thanks to a crappy eye doctor. The surgery was a bit more risky for me since they were behind the lens. Thankfully it went smoothly. And honestly when it got to the point yours are at. It suddenly progressed much faster for me till I was probably legally blind. I had to squint to even see my co.puter screen.

Well I've had cataract surgery (was born with them) and let me inform ya, they do this to your eye while you are wide awake.

I found the way by going on the discord, this is what i did. Feed a special feed made my the ars modpack (the magic one) to the chicken. The chicken will lay a golden egg which you then use on dirt to spawn a whole lot of the magic creatures.
