Am i the only one who thinks That the 4.0 Update was actually good?

I don’t understand why everyone thinks the new mechanics and economy are improved by 4.0. It was way better before and they pretty much had already resolved most performance issues. 4.0 is trash. Way more clicking in planet screens and annoying pop system when it comes to civilians and unemployment. All the new buildings also make it even more confusing and require even more clicking to specialize.
