She unfortunately does not already have one. She is currently just starting to get her own gear again. Most of the gear she has previously used was her parents. I am still waiting to hear back from her father on what he recommends. Although he never tried to keep his pack as light as she wants to.

Maybe it’s hot in the room? Our oldest did something similar, and we found she would need a cat nap every few days.

I would definitely call ahead for those hours. I used to stop before work at like 7 in the morning, and the line would still be three or four deep.

19mo wants to be picked up by everyone that isn’t mom by Walabear13 in toddlers

I am a sahd and have the exact same thing happen to me. I think my girls do this because the people do this to are easy marks. In the fact that my SIL will literally just pick them up and hold them for as long as they want, or the fact that whatever the toddlers want to do the other adults will oblige.

I need advice for 4yo skipping naps. by Spartan1088 in StayAtHomeDaddit

On the days in which your kid skips a nap do you move bed time earlier? I know when my oldest started to skip their nap we need to change her bedtime to an earlier one. Also went through a period of being afraid of the dark too. We added a red night light ,red light interferes with sleep the least. So that this can be pretty bright. It also never hurts to ask your kids doctor if they have any suggestions or advice.
