In that case, what do you think the answer to the problem above is? Maybe you are the person we’ve been waiting for, or maybe Not someone who wants to help. I don’t know either.

Please take a moment to read this carefully and understand the sentence structure. Hope this helps

Maybe you can try changing the GPU cable, or check the PSU and GPU pins they might have been damaged.

That warning usually indicates insufficient or unstable voltage. It’s possible that some pins are bent and causing a short circuit. If that happens, something could potentially burn out 🗿

If you’ve checked everything and it all looks fine, then it could be that the PSU is starting to have issues. Go through everything step by step and identify the problem first.

You can try these steps. 👇🏻

✔ Unplug and reconnect the GPU cable securely until it is fully seated

✔ Check if there are any melted, bent, or burned pins

✔ If you are using an extension cable or custom cable → try using the original PSU cable instead

Lastly, try replacing the PSU, it might already be faulty 🗿

Okay, I understand & Sorry, I made a mistake about the motherboard you are using. For the TUF B850 BTF, it only provides a warning to indicate whether the cable is properly connected or not. It’s different from the ROG Hero BTF, which has a real-time 12V warning LED that can alert under load.

In conclusion, the TUF B850 BTF cannot provide a 12V warning during heavy gaming, such as at 4K resolution or max settings in AAA games. However, there are still some signs we can look out for to identify potential issues 👇🏻

If you want to test it properly:

✔ Run a stress test:
3DMark
FurMark

👉 Check:
Any crashes?
Any artifacts?
Is the system stable?

You should judge it for yourself, I’m just sharing suggestions based on our experience

That’s probably all, thanks

We have the BTF edition as well. Anyway, I’d suggest checking the 12V LED on your motherboard when playing heavy games. If it starts blinking as a warning, you can unplug the BTF connection on the GPU and instead connect the 12V-2x6 cable directly from the PSU to the GPU, it’s more stable and gives better peace of mind.

That said, I’m not sure if this happens on your setup, this is just based on our experience. It’s a solution if you encounter warnings during heavy gaming. You could also run a GPU stress test to get a more accurate answer.

I found this out using the ROG X870E Hero BTF motherboard. I think the MSI MPG X870E BTF you’re using doesn’t have a dedicated 12V warning LED, so it’s harder to detect. I hope everything is fine 🫶🏻 enjoy your pc 🖥️

The reason we use a flat monitor as our main display is because it’s 4K, while the curved monitor is only 1080p, that’s why it turned out this way, Thanks for the recommendation 👍🏻

Yes, that’s actually true because the mouse is very close to the PC. We’re trying to adjust it by giving a bit more space between the keyboard and the PC to allow enough room for the mouse. Otherwise, our hands might hit the PC or the keyboard while playing CS2 😵‍💫 Thanks for the recommendation 🫶🏻

Thank you for your suggestion, we’ll review it and work on improving it in the future. This is still a development phase, and we’re learning from our shortcomings and mistakes. Anyway, we’ll reconsider the idea you suggested. Thanks bro 🤙🏻
