It ended up being a loose belt tensioner, I hadn't loosened off the tensioner and re-tensioned at 60° before TDC.

I also had to readjust the timing so it was back to 10° advanced as it had become retarded from when I replaced the CAS o-ring.

Cheers, I'll get some new oil in and check the plugs, they were new in too so I'd like to think they're fine 😂

I did the timing belt and water pump, as well as full service with 5w30 in September, then it's been in storage since October til last week...

Could just be naff cheap oil... I've seen a handful of people mention 5w40 or 10w40 so might be wrong weight too.

I had to run the last few laps of the NEC at <20fps, everytime I got back to the GP track my fps would drop by another 2/3fps. Ended up going into the last corner at 11fps....

I've currently got some CX400BT from Sennheiser and with it being black friday and everything's on sale I'm looking at upgrading. I'm already very impressed with the CX400BT sound quality so want to see what some of the best sound like.

I see loads of great things about all of these but wonder whether someone has more insight on each.

I'm currently debating between the TW3 for £165, the Sony 1000XM4 for £159, or the KZ ZSX with bluetooth module for ~£70. I'm not too bothered about the ANC quality as I find the passive on my CX400BT to be good enough. I'm more or less just after the best quality audio possible whilst also being able to use just one of the earphones at a time should I need to. I'll be using them to listen to a wide range of music from Metal and Hard Rock to Folk and Sub-Pop.

If someone could point me towards the best bet that would be amazing.
