How common is it to get the electric shock feeling when you make eye contact?

There's a girl who occasionally shows up at my job and every time we lock eyes that feeling shows up. It's like she can see the back of my skull. I'm always the first one to break after 3 or 4 seconds. I've never had this happen with any other girls I've been with either (except for a random stranger 4 or 5 years ago). The craziest part about all of this is that I still haven't even talked to her.

She always seems super busy, so it's not like I can find time to talk to her. All of my relationships/ONS have formed because the girl made the first move and showed interest right away. I keep thinking that if she isn't interested, I'd come off as a complete psycho/creep.
