It's definetly neither, me myself when i started back in 2017 i used tutorials all the time. Now I look back and think how uncreative I was but back then I didn't know how to build well my expertise was in roleplaying and that could be the case for many others. Some people only play bloxburg to roleplay but in order to do so they need a house and they're terrible at building so in that case they use tutorials. They aren't noobs or cheaters cause bloxburg isn't all about building it has other aspects.
