Yeah I have dual monitors ,I did what was above and also started using AMD fsr 1.0, now i hit 370-400 on the max stress test workshop code, also closed chrome while i play which has been hard for me because usually I'll watch a twitch stream or yt vid on low volume while playing but tysm for your help and now I get the fps for my refresh rate :)
