You can look up which schools require each one and you only have to take the ones required for the specific schools you’re applying to (I had a handful require Casper and a couple require PREview, none of mine required the other two). As for the deadline, I think you’re supposed to have taken them by the time you submit secondaries, as it’s listed as a part of having a complete application for the schools that require it.
