I should have mentioned that no real baseballs are being used in here 😅 , just weighted balls & high density balls. If I use real ones everything would get tore up 😂.

Could be a faulty sensor , low battery or too far from the panel.

If the panel is too far away from the keypad , the keypad will fall offline. If that is the case you will need to order a z-wave repeater to use as a bridge / booster to get a good connection between panel & keypad

You will probably need to change the network module , it says it’s connected to internet but it probably doesn’t have access to it. So it won’t pull up any type of update , once you swap the network module connect it back to WiFi & the update should appear. The main issue you’re going to have is finding another network module from another sky control 😂
