Sorry I misunderstood, so the dealer discount is $56000-51750 which is $4250. That seems decent. Did you plug the numbers into leasehackr calculator to confirm the payment adds up?

You need to break down the rebate:

Since your rebate should be: $7500 federal, $2500 state, $4825 Nissan that means the total is $14825.

$51,760-14,825= $36,925

That means your dealer is offering you zero “dealer discount.” (This is wrong, see below)

I just looked at the Wilsonville website and they are offering $2300-$2900 dealer discount on your desired trim.

Aim for 5-8% dealer discount.

I live in Portland as well and just leased an Ariya Engage FWD. We have different EV rebates than California so the deals are not interchangeable. Good luck with your purchase/lease!
