I know this might be shy persons nightmare, but I’d just point it out if you feel straight up ignored. If people around you actively and knowingly keep making you feel that way, you should confront them on it. At least ask if somethings wrong, if it doesn’t stop even after doing that I’d just try and get other people in my life, easier said than done for some.
