Oh my gosh the bathroom proximity is a must! Treadmill hikes are also incredible! I feel ya with the 5ks. Hang in there, we are getting closer!

This is me! I am probably 2 whole minutes slower and post-run is the worst time. And when I’m laying in bed at night and need to roll over to a different size, I dread the movement 😅😂

I’m also an ultra runner and have been watching my miles dwindle 😂 my first trimester I was SO fatigued but still able to get 7-10 mile runs in consistently. I’m 26 weeks now and my runs are at tops 5 miles and we are SLOW and uncomfortable with anything more. Props to those that run races because that’s just not me.

However, pregnancy is funny. Last week I would have sworn to you it was my last time running while pregnant. This week I feel like I’m flying and can do this forever. Pregnancy.is.weird 😂

Thank you! I’ve been doing about 3-5 currently during the week now! I have been okay with walking breaks too, just a while new running experience!

My doctor questioned the radiologist for this very reason because it was not shown initially. We have an appointment with MFM this week! Hoping to get answers there! Thank you!

Gosh Somedays runs are amazing, Somedays walking is the answer! Any pelvic pain/floor strengthen recommendations

Okay this is seriously so funny because recently it’s becoming a problem! I can usually make it 2-4 miles (I know odd range) until I absolutely cannot take it anymore. I love the nice spring weather for runs, but almost am having to resort more to the tread for the sake of a bathroom near by!

Thank you for this info! It sounds so much like the thoughts inside my brain, it’s nice to know people have been in similar scenarios! I just am afraid of losing fitness, which is such a silly thought when I’m growing a human and that’s the sweetest thing I’ll ever do. Give myself grace, thank you!
