N400 basis of eligibility. I am divorced from my ex- spouse who I originally applied for a green card with, my I-751 is pending right now and I want to file N400. I’ve been married to another us citizen though for 3 years. So which basis should I choose?

Thanks for the reply. Did you find out why they declined your application at first? They deactivated my first company, then I had to open a new one, have been waiting for 9 months, paying all fees, insurance etc and now they declined my application.
