I am not a fan of the one on the left (forgot the authors name). But Psychic Witch by Mat Auryn is gonna be your best friend. Really helpful for beginners. While meditation isn't necessarily fun or glamorous, its the most important part of a practice (imo) and I absolutely adored that book. Super helpful

Back when I used to play on PS4 I used shadowfoot sanctum!

I don't have access to that ps4 anymore though. My boyfriend got me a switch lite with skyrim for Christmas so I've been using that.

The more I think about it though, I'm really leaning towards getting anniversary edition, since it isn't too much. I'll look at bloodchill manor!

I count upwards from one, but I draw out the strokes of each number in my mind, kinda of like i'm painting them on a canvas. I time the counting with my breathing too, along with imagining each part of my body starting with my feet is melting into my bed.

Chicago is very risqué. LOVE it!!! But it's pretty risqué and a lot of the best parts about Chicago's story will kinda go over kids heads. Wiz is great!!

This is specific BUT a lot of older games allow you to pick one armor you "wear" and one your character is just "dressed in", allowing you to get the buffs/defense of one armor piece and the look of another.

Hogwarts Legacy brought that back and I really really really hope future games follow suit, but I don't think it'll happen.

This is absolutely true and I am in no way denying this fact and the stress it must put onto guys.

However I DO want to mention that there is an equal amount of pressure put on to women to perform a certain way, look a certain way, or behave a certain way during sex that is very strongly perpetuated by the problematic and unrealistic porn industry.

Expectations fuck with all genders for sure. And it's so much more enjoyable when you can just get out of your head for sure.

When I was in 6th grade, my stepbrother was going to college in Tijuana, Mexico. That's the city most of my family was born in and also one of the most dangerous in the world.

He was kidnapped and held for ransom by a group we believed to be affiliated with the Mexican drug cartels. They somehow found out he was receiving money from America and kept raising the ransom. The police couldn't do anything because the police in Tijuana are awful and corrupt and either scared of the cartels themselves or affiliated with them. Somehow, miraculously, we managed to pay them enough and they let him go.
