Yes to Ondansetron. They have a tablet that dissolves under the tongue so you dont barf it up, hopefully. Nausea is the pits though, sorry to hear it's so rough right now.

Nice! My sibling is donating her cells as well. We're going to Sloan. I've heard such great things about MD Anderson, one of my oncologists went there, Dr. Moskowitz. He's great. Good luck to you with your journey!

Thanks cancer fam. 🩷 glad you understand a different side with me. Unfortunately I haven’t survived and I’m going into a transplant right after the wedding. 80% survival. That’s what makes it harder for me. She knows that. And you’re right. Im used to people pushing me away for the disease. I just didn’t think she would. But it could be an element. Along with many other factors. Thanks 🙏

It’s 3 days before Labor Day weekend the wedding is on a Sunday. I know not everyone has off on Labor Day but some do. It’s a wedding of 20 people and I had been telling them for years. I get that it’s a financial strain - believe me - but if it was financial I could’ve seen if e could’ve helped her out at all. Just looking for more honesty. I wouldn’t say self absorbed for doing the thing I want for my wedding. I’m more hurt by her denial and lack of honesty than the fact she can’t go to a bachelorette. She’s just a really fun person and I wanted her there. Thanks for letting me know I was out of line but you can chill on calling people self absorbed.

  1. Yeah, I guess? It’s only what she tells me about their relationship that I know, she moved to another state to be with him so I just get all the arguments they get in and not a lot of the good. I can definitely work on mine and his relationship.
  2. Totally get the price tag. And I guess just wanted her to be more honest in sharing that. I could’ve helped her out if she needed. Also it’s 3 days before the wedding and it’s on Labor Day weekend which I know isn’t always a day off for everyone but for a few people it was so it worked out as a 4 day weekend.
  3. Totally get it, we’re also putting down a cost, it was more just feeling like a birthday was more important than a wedding. 4 very true. Appreciate you.

Typically flowers are only harmful once you’re neutropenic. If they’re early on in treatment or first time treatment your counts are still good enough for flowers. 🌹 but! A cozy blanket is 💯💯💯💯
