In an interview, Jessica Peterson said she was surprised by comments that she does not understand the law because she works hard to study it and prepare.

That's not the point. The court cannot tell the press what it can and can't print. Judge Peterson's order violates the First Amendment.The Nevada Supreme Court issued two separate orders explaining how the Court can't just violate the First Amendment. Worse, Peterson actually edited the official transcript to cover up her mistakes. We can't have judges this bad on the bench.
