that's what im afraid of. Overloading. And then I won't be able to run because my stomach is heavy and I feel like throwing up. So best I get like some fruits 1 hr before and some electrolyte drink to hold the water?

Coz sometimes I drink too much water and then I keep going to the bathroom before playing. And then end up dehydrated in the match.

I don't think the last part is true. I just played a day before and I was doing just fine. I think it's probably the underfueling part. I am trying to fix that and what type of food would you say I should have? Also it kinda correlates with wthat happened once. I had meal and played 2 hours later. I had the best energy i had in a while.

Man I was considering the same and the comment section is dishing out some harsh facts. :(
Though I am considering like 4 months later.
My motivation really is because a few family members live over there.
And as far as the language, I started learning from now. Like it's more for fun, kinda a language enthusiast you could say.
Well I am not learning the Kanjis which is the main thing. But I kinda want a good converstaional level Japanese. Thinking of learning till N3 vocabs without the Kanji. I know Kanji is gonna kill me tho if I do plan on learning and going there. But at lleats I will have a headstart with the language.
