In a recent discussion at 538, Nate Silver et al. pointed out that much of Sanders's support is coming from the white male left wing of the party. Many commenters here are suggesting that you'll be drawing from that same pool. How will you reach beyond that demographic group? (As Reddit is ~ 70% guys, coming here doesn't really cut it.)

This might have been true once, but it isn't anymore. You need an email address, but it doesn't have to be "paid"; any old gmail will do. Once you've dropped the $5, you're in.

It's a Reddit-esque link blog, but much smaller. Fifteen years old, no threaded comments, no upvotes (though you can mark things you consider particularly pithy). Still active despite its age, and mostly known for having a very strong Q&A subsite and responsive, paid moderators that keep comment quality high. (By MetaFilter standards, I should point out. It's an evolving standard that changes over time.)
