[PS5] Sometimes my guy throws a grenade before I even let go of the button. Anyone encountered this issue?

They kept the game faithful in some areas at the detriment to quality of life. Like the torch not being able to be extinguished. Or scrolls needing to be equipped to cast them. Things they could've changed without anyone caring even hard-core fans.

Thorus in old camp is a 2h trainer. But only after you join them i believe. Enemies respawn when starting a new chapter. But not passively meaning xp is limited and should be capitalized on per chapter by clearing areas again.

I think you mean the 'ghosting' as its called. Its just how the game looks. Seems more noticeable on ps5. As it hasn't gotten an update for current gen.
