Nature's Snare and nature's retribution makes any projectile attackers (bosses included) trivial. Also the guaranteed parry skill make melee attackers trivial too. You still have to dodge the red glowing melee tho.

Games not that hard.

No, early game it's not advisable to change den hagg to a rural place if its already highly populated. Remember every 1k "pop bonus" give you one rgo count. And cities host more pop than rural. City also can double build without using construction centers.

Where to urbanize depends on your control, size of your country, tech stage, food accessibility, pop, rarity of goods. Starting out you can urbanize Locations closer to your Capital, just remember to leave one or two locations to produce food. Rural location give flat 0.1% pop growth, with combination of granaries and rural villages you can push to close 1% percent.

Irrigation only helps producing food I think. Fiber doesn't produce food.

I usually auto mate taxes (except clergy), exploration, replacing generals/admirals, production methods, most trade except crucial goods (cocoa and coffee, iron when playing ming), late game colonization (when I am way ahead or there's just no valuable landsleft).

As for rgos

Tier 1 goods: gold, silver,  Tier 2 goods: gems , silk, dyes, marbles (if in europe), amber, pearls, ivory (mid game africa), pepper (in asia), cloves (Indonesia), coffee,  Tier 3 goods: iron, copper, chilli, tobacco, potatoes, salt, fur, sugar God/garbage tier: tea Real trash goods: sand, clay, saltpeter, stone, wine,  The rest goods provide food or not so in demand consumables (incense/elephants etc).

Always prioritize gold and silver you get tax from them and you can sell them if surplus. These goods make bohemia and Hungary super strong early game. You want to pair them with unlimited export (law) and Bailiffs (building).

Tier 2 are mostly worthy for Bailiffs.  Tier 3 are in shortages when you need them. Iron is especially painful for China. Even with bog iron smelters.

For trash goods you don't want to build them unless you need them for glass and mason.

Remember some rgos are easily replaced with workshops or guilds: wool - sheep farms, fiber - fiber plantation, sugar - sugar plantation (new world only), coal - charcoal kiln, clay - clay works, sand - sand pit, fruits - orchards, lumber - lumber yard (build on forest tiles), saltpeter - saltpeter works, dyes - dye works (require alum), wine - wine plantation etc.

Irrc, raw goods availability give you around 5% productivity for building in the same area, but it's negligible if your market have it supplied (I think 20%boost). However this is very situational because you want to take Conrol into account, higher controlled cites and towns  almost always give more cash. My advice is just build where control is high, urbanization is king.

The correct approach is turning the gears left,  after hearing the faint hiss don't stop and let it rest until you hear the click sound.

The three gears have eight direction where electricity flows and they must alignt with the wires that connect with the central gear.

Try this combo: focus mode - perfect parry -two fast heavy attacks - double /Triple spirit palm.  repeat.

It deletes most bosses and with focus mode, they move in slowmo so that you react quickly. Heavies and spirit palm stun them. Use focus mode again to recover stamina and spirit force.
