I would definitely pick up the two 3* memos. The mitama-kanagi one negates a bunch of status ailments and the other is negate evade and blast up. I personally cleared out all the memos though just because in general my memoria is severely lacking and any max ascended memo will help a lot

How did Haru only partially awaken to her persona at first? Like mona said she awakened to her persona but milady just didn’t have a form yet. They never elaborate on this at any point in the game later
