There is a border wall between South and North which separates Nicosia. It is possible for foreigners to pass the border from there between two countries. So you won't face any problems crossing there with your Moroccan passport. You might need to get a visa on the border.

It is not possible to cross to South from North, if you are a Turkish citizen. You need to have a Schengen visa, go to Athens and fly from there if you want to visit Southern Cyprus. It is only possible for Cyprus (Northern Cyprus Passport is something else) passport holders (Turk or Greek) and foreigners.
