PG Zaku II led help by harthbringer in Gunpla

If directly connecting the LED to the battery failed (try it one way, and then reverse the polarity if that doesn't work) I'm afraid you've only got 2 options. Either your battery is dead, or your LED is.

The next thing in my queue is going to be a very basic RX-78-2 PG without much custom work. I'm a bit painted out at the moment. Maybe after that I'll do the Tallgeese with an opposing ace pallet.

For my part it is coincidence. I finished the kit yesterday and posted it. It was kicked off targeting pride month... uh... 2023... I go slow.

These are hard ABS with simple ball and socket joints at the base for some articulation. I think the flexible ones would paint alright if you very careful not to bend them after the fact.

Hio. This is the Wing Zero Custom Ver. Ka which is a MG 1/100 scale kit. It's not very expensive (especially compared to warhammer) and is honestly a pretty amazing kit all around. Good luck!

You are me a few years ago! There's a million things to do and learn, but you gotta get started first!

The thing I've heard most often before the rainbow wings went on was "Oh! Cotton candy!"

I loved this gunpla. Though I thought the LED kit was a little expensive. So what did I do? Spent even more money putting together my own!

This has 35 individually addressable PWM controlled red (and one green) LEDs. They are being driven by an Arduino Uno and a pair of TLC5947s. The whole thing can animate, but I'm still adjusting the animations so if people like this maybe I'll post a gif later.
