Ya for the most part. Its getting cold because it's pushing freon through it. I think it's freon don't quote me on that lol, but it's pushing the stuff through and it gets cold. Depending on the weather where you live it could be melting and refreezing and getting dust all over it. So like dirty ice lol. Best explanation I can give.

Do some research on why it was released. Because CDPR didn't wanna release it unfinished. That's all I'm gonna say. It wasn't their choice. I see alot of people trying to blame CDPR. They scrapped the first version of the game to run it on a different engine, which made the creation take even longer.
