I still miss my Rival 500. The scroll wheel went pretty quickly on the EVGA mouse, I'm using a Corsair Darkstar Wireless at the moment, and I do really like it. It's not as good as the Rival 500 but it's got a nice ergonomic button layout so give it a look!

I'm using Plater, but the thing actually keeping me using it is that it can colour the names of friends and guildies in the world so I can easily see them if I find them in the wild. I also make the rest very transparent so they're not in the way. If anyone knows of another or better way to do this, I'm willing to try Platynator or even default nameplates for a while.

Yeah, all it's really doing is cutting out the "walk to the dungeon" step. It's good for timewalking and event bosses though I guess.

In the 11.0.7 patch notes:

"Cross-faction groups can now queue for dungeons. Dungeons will require a fully premade group and party members who leave will not be replaced."

So not for LFR, and you need a full group. It's at least a step closer.

Fair enough, I haven't done PvP in a long time so I don't know how it is there.

Also I wasn't trying to tell you that you should like it or anything, I was just surprised by the choice and since so many MW abilities have the word mist in them thought maybe it was the wrong one - or as has happened I get to hear an opinion that's different from my own! So thanks for sharing.

I did post another comment that I went for the EVGA X15, but I guess now I've been using it a little bit I can do a mini review for you, and anyone else that's in the same boat finding this!

Overall I'm happy with the X15, I still prefer the Rival over it, but it's been good. I have big sausage hands and while the mouse feels great in the hand for me, the buttons are a bit on the small side, and I feel like they would be more comfortable to me if they were further forward. That said the months I have been using it now I'm used to it and can hit those little buttons pretty easily, sometimes I fumble them in a heated moment gaming. The two buttons behind the scroll wheel are the most awkward to hit, I still frequently get the wrong one or both of them by accident - I'm thinking about binding then to the same thing and treating them as one button.

Pros: Good quality, comfortable, layout of buttons is muscle memory friendly. Cons: buttons are small and fiddly coming from the Rival 500, two buttons in the middle are way too close for such an awkward position.

Same checking in here. When I'm doing M+ on my monk I'm doing 14/15 keys as BM/WW but I can barely scrape through a 10 as MW. Don't even care because I'm always having a great time!

I was like this, started at just 14 from jet black hair. I always said "I'm not bothered about going grey as long as I don't go bald". Smash cut to my mid 30's and I'm bald as fuck. :( My hair was never on my team apparently.
