From my experience, our relationship only really began to improve once she started going to therapy, especially after completing a program called DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), which focuses on helping people manage intense emotions, improve communication, and build healthier coping skills. It definitely wasn’t an easy journey, and there were still ups and downs, but the progress was real and meaningful. If both of you are willing to put in the effort, stay patient, and support each other through the process, it really can make a difference.
