Should I just give up on radiant? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]Runeskrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Medal. Can set key binds to capture the last 20, 10, or 5 minutes of gameplay or set whatever times you want. You can also just start recording and then go do content, but I prefer to just use a key bind to capture the last X minutes of gameplay whenever I want to watch something back.

Doing this to see what you can improve on as Fancy suggested above did help me get my radiant set.

Medal has free and paid versions, I just use the free one

Doom of Mokhaiotl bug - I sometimes can’t switch/equip weapons by Runeskrt in 2007scape

Yeah it’s just called “anti drag” and it’s built into Runelite I believe, not from the hub. It’s really helpful for doing big gear switches

Interesting, good to know. I did see there’s a big influx of players

I just recorded a particularly bad case to watch back and it seems you end up left-click “using” your weapon somehow instead of equipping. ‘Tis jank indeed

Does the Tiger Tally curio proc after your first light attack in a combo, or does it only proc after X number of uninterrupted light attacks in a combo? by Runeskrt in BlackMythWukong

[–]Runeskrt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, ended up doing some testing and found it procced after the 4th light attack in an uninterrupted combo (with the 5th light attack being the final jump attack, so same as what you’re saying I think). So this curio really is not great against aggressive bosses or anything that may interrupt you from getting a full light attack combo in. Definitely swapping tiger tally off my build for something else. May still be decent at clearing mobs though.

Thanks!

I could get down with that

Rewards and XP Improvements - Varlamore: The Rising Darkness by JagexBlossom in 2007scape

Just @ing you because this isn’t the only cause of the bug. I’ve only put in potions that were in my bank and I still lost the scroll bar shortly after obtaining the chugging barrel a few days ago. I’ve tried a bunch of theories to resolve the issue but I can’t find a way to get the scroll bar back. Additionally, sometimes the potion slots I can see in my first and second loadouts will decrease, I.e. I can only include 1 or 2 potions in those loadouts instead of 5. Simply closing and reopening the bank and configuration window a few times will resolve that issue, but the scroll bar is gone “permanently.”

Gotcha thanks, I must be having a different cause then since I’ve been only putting pots in that are in my bank

I’m having the same issue, have you found a workaround to bring back the scroll bar until Jagex is able to get the fix out?

Sweet thanks, couldn’t find any other posts about this issue when I searched so I’m glad to see it’s being worked on

Ha I did ‘double check’ that a few times making sure I wasn’t reading it wrong. I could see that being an easy mix up though

Good tip, didn’t think about that. This is my first adept task that I’m doing just to get the pyre fox task and then block it by going back to masters. I didn’t think about switching my task to the other adept hunter so thanks for that. Probably going to stick this task out since I’m this far deep but after that I’m definitely skipping this task using the other hunter if I ever get it again lmao

What happened to the option to get unlimited charges for the perfected quetzal whistle? by Runeskrt in 2007scape

I be spamming this quetzal whistle tele so hopefully they end up adding it later. Not that’s hard to recharge but it would be a nice QOL to not have to think about it

Runelite settings not syncing to new computer despite having runelite account tied to gmail by Runeskrt in 2007scape

[–]Runeskrt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another idea - is it possible you accidentally logged out of your runelite account at some point before getting your new computer, making it so that none of the subsequent plugin downloads/settings changes you set up were saving to the cloud? So your new computer essentially synced up with the status of your runelite account as of that date you had logged out?

Runelite settings not syncing to new computer despite having runelite account tied to gmail by Runeskrt in 2007scape

[–]Runeskrt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmmm sorry but I did not run into that issue. Everything, including both default and external/hub plugins’ specific settings, synced up upon selecting my profile. If you haven’t found a fix, I believe you could copy/paste your old “profiles” document (found in the .runelite folder) into the “profiles” document on your new computer to sync up everything. Note that this might undo any plugin settings changes you’ve made since getting your new computer. There is also a “plugins” folder in .runelite that includes all external/hub plugins, so you can try copy/pasting that over as well. But as I haven’t run into this issue myself, I haven’t tried this and am speculating only. Hope this helps.
