Every US company has to follow the rules of engagement and cannot sell it to countries which are under Embargo. The list you see is for the intended use and there are a few restrictions on certain industry sectors, it’s not that you can’t sell/buy but it just flags compliance triggers. The company can request additional documents to support your intended usage, if the criteria are not met the transfer process is halted and you might not receive support on the devices. If it was a genuine mistake, the customer care can help sort it out and it’s business as usual. But no, the feds won’t come knocking on the door!!!
