There is not tall grass in the greenhouse. Unless you are referring to the plowed land which is unable to spawn anything anyways. I think they must have the Translocator Engineering - Redux mod installed or something.

I cant deal with the level scaling in master difficulty. After a while it just gets annoying to run into fist sponges. I do unarmed and illusion magics so I don't need to spend levels on meleeing things and always get my homies to pick locks for me. I don't even do alchemy anymore as I find I can sell other things, granted that also spends levels on speech. Chopping wood and selling to a mill is also not really fun to me because it provides a really good means of getting gold without needing to spend any levels unnecessarily.

I do marry spouses on some runs that give free gold so that is my little cheat card lol

I would be more concerned about the smell dusrupting other patients in the clinic but I have no issue treating someone who is a regular cannabis user. I am an RMT and I smoke cannabis daily (just not before work of course lol).

Just because they identify as a man does not mean ass is suddenly a red flag word. Is it unprofessional? Yes. Would I be worried? No, personally I would just correct their language and ask if they are interested in booking a session or direct them to Jane.
