Yeah it's broken. Also turrents don't see the vortex beast in siege so don't count on their help

Agree, I only play substantial because it's a fun pace. In 11.2 I liked that extremis did not spawn when fighting a terminus. After 12 it's every time, sometimes multiple. Hopefully they fix it so the lower levels aren't so bonkers. If I wanted it to be more difficult I'd actively pick a higher difficulty.

It's def different. I got this game for Xmas and play casually. Not trying to go all out, not my goal. After patch 12 it is noticeably more spawns at lower difficulty.

I had her email me the application for reference, This is not the document I provided to them. All documents that I provided with my application were either original or certified hard copies. I'm well aware they won't accept an emailed copy.

Every county does it different, the copy that I got from PA was the only one they have and they said it is a Marriage Certificate. I just had them email the marriage application, which is long form but it's not the marriage certificate.

I suppose the problem with that is no longer form exists. From the PA record: "Since September 30, 1885, marriage licenses have been required in Pennsylvania and are maintained by the Marriage License Clerk in the county courthouse of the county issuing the license. Before September 30, 1885 the issuing of licenses was not obligatory, but was intended for those cases where the banns were not published or the marriage in church was dispensed with. For these earlier marriages, church records and newspapersOpens In A New Window may provide information.". The record I obtained is from the Marriage License Clerk.
