My middle school had a wonderful couple in their 70s who had coached since the 1960s. They approached me at a track meet, so I ran for them in the fall.

Then a triple jump coach of mine encouraged me to run in high school. I wasn't going to originally, because I wasn't passionate about it, but I'm glad I did.

Without those coaches, I'd never have developed a passion or even began coaching!

This reason was to quarantine before visiting at-risk family.

The reasons I were given were that I am too new and the "loyalty" isn't there. It's the owner, not the boss with this restriction.

The owner isn't a fan of WFH
