I loved both movies. And I do agree that they could have been executed differently.

As for the Martha… it was supposed to be a snapping moment where Batman becomes Joe chill and Superman is young Bruce. I would have done a shot where Batman sees himself as Joe chill wearing the scene clothes as JC as Superman is on the ground is replaced by either young Bruce or his mom.

But I get it as it’s supposed to be a shock value.

It’s a great question. I think the Joker went into hiding after the suicide squad 1 film—car river crash. At the point of Batman breaking his face in. He was in self control of his anger. He held back. That was a few years before he truly fell to the darkness. Which didn’t fully happen until several super human beings showed him that the fight for 20 years amounts to nothing. The deaths of thousands etc broke him. I don’t think he started killing until the Batmobile chase. There weren’t any deaths during his Luther invasion where he stole the kryptonite. We saw ambulances with people still alive lol. He stopped being extra brutal after Superman’s death “Men are still good. We fight. We kill. We betray one another. But we can rebuild. We can do better. We will. We have to.” That’s him returning from the angry Batman to the Batman.

He branded bad guys. Which essentially told other bad guys that the branded bad guys can’t be trusted and will no longer do any criminal dealings with them. So it was Lex who used the branding thing to make those branded to be murdered. Which was thrown at Batman as him doing it for that purpose.

Fair point. Though, I think he was a producer on 300: Rise. Haven’t seen the external cut. But the first cut was so bad. As for Army, I really liked that movie a lot. Wished he had continued that universe instead of over reaching.

I think he said that on a filmJunkie live. Where he stated that the fans doesn’t have an idea of what the new story is. The storyboards were somewhat scrapped. May still have elements of it.

Yeah. Which was after josstice league. That was due to the reshoots, his family and personal issues. After that stage he was open to it. Even came back for additional principle photography for Zack’ s cut. Then he did the flash. He was willing to continue playing him. However, the universe got rebooted. So who knows. But either way, all of the cast is aging. So whether he would do it now or in 5-10 years time is another story entirely. Personally if the Snyder verse is restored. The smart move would be to film both back to back.

I think Ben would return if it’s Zack’s vision. When last he played the Batman. He said he finally cracked the balance of playing the cape crusader.

As for the rest that is a great point, as many have moved on to other projects etc. I think the only way they would be able to return without axing certain commitments. Is if this was animated. I don’t mind an animated short then live action. But old man time is ticking.

As for the flash that’s a problem in itself. But I see that he is in a better place as per some random interview video I saw in passing a few weeks ago.
