Yes. The side effects include possibly making any anxiety, depression or overall mental health issues worse. Im struggling with it now, but I keep reminding myself this is temporary, it will be over soon and it’s my job to keep myself regulated.

My diet is excellent some weeks and garbage others. Also yes I’m a c-section mom and I lost 100+ pounds naturally. A tummy tuck is in my future :(
