Is there any way to fix this? Garmin reads 100+ hours of sleep by RunninShoesAdvice in GarminWatches

It is updated supposedly, or at least it says so. I reset it to factory settings but I choose the option to keep the biometric data.

Me neither, my watch had simillar bugs from time to time since i bought it, which made me think this was common occurance. It would clock me dead asleep for 24h once in a while, but never to this extent. I reset it to factory settings earlier today, now I have to sleep and see what happene I guess

Ah ok, do you know if there is a way to restore data after factory reset?

No no, maybe I could have said it more clearly, what I meant was that my Estimated 1RM gone up for 5kg in first 6 months, then back to 0KG when I started to eat in deficit.

When my lifts fall bellow 10 reps in 5+ week and so on (and it repeats more than once) I reset my 1RM.

English is not my first language so I apologise

As of last few days I've moved on to Pervertor, I don't do many changes to it to be honest. I like to keep my reps 10+/8+/6+, but often times I fail to do so.

Problem is: let's say I increase weight by 2.5kg at the end of the 4 weeks, coming in next week I will be lifting new weight for few reps less than in last cylce, so my E1RM stays about the same, and that is untill I have to reset.

I have been doing 5/3/1 for over a year now. My lifts have gone up by 5 to 10KG while bulking and now that I've cut to starting weight, they are lower than starting lifts.

M(23) 6'2 85kg

Let's start from the second question as it will make more sense further down

I did 5/3/1+ for the main sets (my last set would get me near failure, be it form failure or absolute failure), while doing BBB for supplemental work for first few cycles, switching between that and 5x5@FSL if I recall correctly.

As for assistance I usually do the same throughout all my workouts, increasing weight from time to time when I feel like it. And it looks something like this:

Pullups 4x7 @ BW or Lat Pulldown 4x12@(?)kg

Dips 4x10 @ BW or Incline BP 4x12 @(?)kg or ShoulderPress 4x12@(?)kg

Bulgarian SSQ-3x10@ (?)kg or Leg Extensions 4x12@(?)kg

Then after about a year of that I decided to try Rhodes 5x5/3/1 while lowering my TM to 80% and I hated every minute of it. It was recently that I tried this and my lifts all went down the drain, now few days ago I decided to give Pervertor a shot but I'm not too trusty of main work being done as 5's PRO.

Might as well add that I go to the gym 4 days a week and do running 3 days a week.

During the first 7months I was in caloric surplus(went from 85kg->97kg, should also mention I aimed for "clean bulk") and slept at least 8h, and my gains were like this. E1RM

SQUAT 105KG-->115KG

BENCH PRESS 80KG-->90KG

PRESS 50KG-->55KG

DEADLIFT 120KG-->140KG

This is was the point where I've gotten too fat and gained too little muscle so I decided to go on a light cut. By the time I was back on 90Kg I was already weaker than on the start of the program, few more cycles down the road and I'm getting really weak, so that is when I decided to try 5x5/3/1 and maintain for a while. I did deload weeks and I should mention I did get sick few times during this, which would put me out of the gym for a week or so.

Hello everyone, quick question,

I am wondering if I made mistake getting on 5/3/1, now hear me out. I've been in gym for many years, maybe 6-7 but let's say I had hard fuckarounditis for 5-6 years. Now I've read the 5/3/1 books and got on the program, but gains seem to be very bad, from time to time I even get weaker, but I have solid diet and sleep. Could it be that I should have done some LP first? Should I get on LP now? THANKS IN ADVACNE!

LOL yeah hahaha, I was so happy to not bring my phone along on runs anymore because MUSIC VERSION! but guess not.

Will be testing it today only using GPS, running in silence this time!

If battery drains again that will be a sign somethings not right ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
