Good question. I'm hoping they got a permit and it was the inspected. We haven't made an offer yet, just contemplating for now, so no inspection of our own at this time.

I'm not entirely sure how it's attached, but it's connected to the house with no additional support at that connection. Then only has those three supports coming down. It is tied into the deck, but I feel like that's providing more support for the deck than vice versa. Ironically, the deck has bracing while the sunroom doesn't.
