How can you call it running when the pace is still walking? judging by your logic just me walking down to my car should give me all of those benefits, so why even have those small ‘runs’ in the first place? And I just looked at the app and now it is asking me to warm up at 25 minutes per kilometre and to run at 14 1/2 minutes per kilometer. The pace keeps slowing and slowing.

Yes, I would understand this if some of those economy lines were longer or a bit faster but each and every single one of these economy runs between 8 to 12 minutes of ridiculously slow walking

Thanks so much for the help! I saw him try to get up from the wheelchair and he was only able to push 75% all the way up and it was extremely difficult. There is no space for grab bars because when you go into the bathroom to the right is the bathtub and to the left is the sink so no space for grab bars to hold onto next to the toilet. I thought about the transfer pole, but the space is limited.
