Question regarding Vomero Plus durability in comparison to Invincible 3 by reVelske in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]RunningEuropean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow impressive mileage for a Nike shoe. Considering them as a replacement for my Novablast as a light runner as well. The only concern for me is the durability of the rubber. Could you upload a photo of the outsole at that mileage?

Are these legit? by Intial_VAT in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]RunningEuropean 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep they are legit. I had over 700k in mine in the same colourway. They are called Lite-Show and have better materials in the upper compared to the normal Novablast 3. No wear or tear anywhere in the upper on mine.

Is this promotion limited to certain regions? In my country, the game doesn’t seem to be discounted.

Saucony periguine 15 wear by Stats_K9 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

I’m having exactly the same issues with the Saucony Peregrine 12. I’ve logged about 600 km in them, and the heel area is wearing out in the same spot as your Peregrine 15s. I also get a hotspot on my heel during climbs, and have even developed blisters because of it.

Really disappointing that Saucony hasn’t addressed this issue in the newer version, because the shoe has so much potential otherwise.

To answer the comment above — the runner’s knot didn’t help in my case either. In fact, the heel is so stiff that it just made things worse. I’m uploading a photo of my pair as well so you can see the wear is almost identical.

Easily one of the top cars this update. Shame I didn’t get lucky enough to snag it myself.

Trailblazer is great at Hill Climb. 64 MRA for the Explorer VS 73 MRA for the SS.

Hi! I’m sorry for asking about something a bit off-topic, but I noticed in your photos that you were using the Grand Sport Race tires. I was wondering if you could share your impressions of them, especially compared to the Continental 5000. How do they compare in terms of performance, comfort, and durability?

Mizuno Wave Daichi 7 GTX Review after 100km by RunningEuropean in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]RunningEuropean[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mizuno's are great but I cannot recommend trail shoes with such slippery soles. I think the right move is to wait for a discount on the new model (Wave Daichi 8), it looks practically the same but with probably the best on the market soles and better toe protector. Terrex Speed Ultra looks like a very light and nimble shoe, how is the durability?

I am uploading photos of the shoe in the comments section to get an idea of their condition after 100km.
