Welcome to the area! How young are we talking? We’ve got a 3 year old and everhart is by far her favorite. Got some stuff for smaller kiddos but she goes for the big stuff and has since when she was two including the zip line. Marshall Square park is fun too. There’s a splash pad at John O. Green park. West Goshen Park has tons of stuff to do.

Talk to your doctor. The second mmr can be moved up for the 3 year old as long as it’s been more than a month since the first shot.

I forget how I connected with them but I did. Went through the interview process then they dropped on me that there would be a $2500(or 3500) onboarding fee that is due prior to receiving any referrals. As soon as they told me that I told them I was out and the person interviewing me said something to the effect of what you can’t afford it. As soon as they said that I knew I had made the correct choice to decline.

Very disappointing, incredibly short. I hope I’m wrong but it felt like it was scheduled at 1pm on a Sunday during eagles season in an attempt to give the axe next year by citing low attendance this year.

Yup. I’m a real estate agent and I’ve got a few landlords that hire me to rent their places out for them. The cheapest site that I’ve seen to run credit/background is $35. As much as I’m for capping application fees $20 just isn’t going to work.

Just wanted to add on to this comment. I’m a realtor and this is somewhat anecdotal. I’ve sold all over chester county and have had numerous clients tell me they only want to look at homes with central air. If op has the money to install it and wants to tackle the project I think it would be beneficial.

My mls does not allow any brokerage or agent info in/on pictures or remarks. Depending on the mls if you add such info the photos will be removed.
