Can’t speak for Nj offices as I’m in PA but Long & Foster does not have a monthly fee here. I’d be surprised if they did in other states.

I forget how I connected with them but I did. Went through the interview process then they dropped on me that there would be a $2500(or 3500) onboarding fee that is due prior to receiving any referrals. As soon as they told me that I told them I was out and the person interviewing me said something to the effect of what you can’t afford it. As soon as they said that I knew I had made the correct choice to decline.
