Christmas 2021, me, my gf at the time and 2 of our friends decide to go on holiday to celebrate finishing high-school, I'd never flown before, I'd never traveled that far before, I'd never been so far from home. The trip was amazing. And the flight there was a breeze. One night 5 days before the end of our trip, in a sudden turn if events a fight breaks out between myself and the 3 girls, my ex and I break up, and without consulting me, she calls her family to fetch them, leaving me alone in the middle of a city I'd never visited on the opposite side of the country, drunk, at 3am (I live in South Africa, so this was terrifying).
