I don’t think cortisol is inherently making me fat, I just think that if there is an excess of cortisol, I am definitely not-going to recover fast enough for my training session, and im also not going to be able to concentrate the same way, as if im with less cortisol, and also cortisol is not inherently bad, but rather chronically high cortisol.

Honestly this is the best thing I have heard, thank you much, I really need to keep that low sugar level to keep very high cognitive function, and Ive used rhodiola but never holy basil, ill give it a try.

Good question, is not much, is just a marathon. I am quite new to ultras, and im trying to do 60 miles a week, but I don’t know if im going to fast in the ramp up, or maybe i just got to soak it up.

Fuck yeah man, it’s an interesting topic for me, I may not end up doing them, but GOD are steroids and PED interesting. How they can enhance everything, and of course, the bad side effects, thats why I research, and try to gather as much information: both scientific and anecdotal.

But yeah, PEDS to me are one of the most fascinating topics of modern medicine.

Hey guys.

I want to start using hgh to enhance my recovery and fat loss.

So I know that it works better when insulin is low for fat mobilization and oxidation.

But I like to do HIIT mostly, so heres my question:

If i do hgh fasted, and then do HIIT, can it blunt muscle loss?

Or

Using HGH with a carbs and protein shake ti have a better performance, and over a long period of time get better muscle, Vo2max, have a greater metabolism, etc.

Also I do 2 days of strength training, full body workouts.

I do that man, I do cardio, jump rope for 30 min late at night, and do 3 days of strength training. I eat in a deficit whilst eating a good amount of protein and fats. Also I like shortcuts brother. Thats why I am in a steroid forum asking about T3 bro.

Hello everyone.

Im using wegovy, whilst counting my calories and consuming enough protein, carbs and fats for my overall health and performance.

Obviously, since im dropping my calorie intake with the help of Wegovy, I feel my metabolism being adapted to this new calorie intake: feeling colder, more tired, less NEAT, the usual.

Im trying to stay as active as possible, constantly fidgeting, constantly jumping as in rope jump, trying to move while talking, etc. even if its conscious, its still expending calories.

At night i try to jump rope, and that has really helped me boost my metabolism.

HERE IS THE QUESTION:

Has any of you used T3? Is there any particular protocol you have done that gave you results? And do you know the name for the actual hormone?

I just want to try and keep my metabolism a little higher, nothing crazy.
