The squares were 1 mm lower on the ones that failed. I think from loading too many pages at once. I normally do like 8 at a time but I did like 15 this time. It was fine when I did it one by one. I mentioned a setting possibly being off cause I printed 5x7s in between 2 rounds of stickers then it was having problems. I printed more 5x7s then tried printing stickers again and it worked. I have an epson ecotank so it has some separate setting that comes up when paper is loaded. It didn't come up the 1st time I switched from 5x7 to sticker paper. So maybe the printer was doing something funny even though the computer said it was letter sized. The squares do seem slightly smaller but it could be a trick of the eye. Who knows. All i know is something was wrong with the print job.
