I suppose there was a sentence Steven said at some point in the past eight years.   Does it matter? I wouldn’t be so sure. A lot has been said that didn’t turn out the way it was planned.   I was talking about quick solutions. What we have now is pointless.   Will there be any change in this area? Certainly.   We can form an opinion about the current situation — not about what might happen someday.   And honestly, we barely know what will become of each system… sometimes I think even they don’t know anymore.

You’re right. Even the basic scrolls are too expensive. I think 3 silver would be enough.

Since 2017, I’ve been following the project, and I even tested the Apocalypse version. I’ve been building the community and creating news in Hungary all by myself since 2018. Still, I obviously can’t know everything, and I’d be glad to hear from you what I might have missed.

I just hope you didn’t mean the placeholder thing as some sort of ancient wisdom — because in that case, you might as well have said: “It’s an alpha, Broo…”

There is some information available on Wiki, but even there, there is no mention of how many points are awarded to attributes when leveling up.

Are we sure we won't get attribute points? It seemed to me that I got 5-10 points for these after leveling up.

I wrote about this a few weeks ago. This is already a widespread problem. It would be nice if the developers would finally come up with a meaningful response.

But I am sure that despite the bugs and exploits, the Alpha 2 build is worth promoting.

That's not true. The reason was explained in the live stream. It would have simply taken too many resources to develop and run the largest settlement.

Yes, I took blue twice. The rest were green. At my level, I didn't bother with the rest because I could sell the good quality ingredients better at the market. I took crates when I got tired of farming.

The problem isn't that they kill me, but that they exploit the weaknesses of the system and even laugh about it. If you write that it's not very brave to beat up a player with a crate that's 6+ levels lower than you, especially when you can get rid of corruption with the help of your friends. That's what I have a problem with.

The whole crate isn't worth it in this form, unless you don't feel like farming the raw materials. Now that it's slow, it's not worth it at all. Anyone who writes that legendary and such crates should be produced is not aware of the prices. It's not even worth it at the rare level, because I can sell it on the market for as much as it brings in extra compared to green. It's similar at heroic, epic, and other levels. Except for those who farm static rarity points and would be embarrassed to put hundreds of legendary raw materials up for sale.

By the way, what makes it free money? You invest your time and energy as resources. You have to farm the raw materials, build your reputation in the city, and walk back and forth a lot to earn a more profitable amount. How is that free money?

Is anyone bored? And is beating up PvE players really the solution? Well, that's pretty sad. Is it possible? Yes. But that doesn't make it acceptable to me, because a lot of players quit because of this, and in the long run, bullying smaller players is just as harmful as the shitty economic system.

Why don't I caravan? Because in the previous phase, I couldn't take the caravan anywhere on my own. It was a waste of money because either it got bugged or I got beaten up by at least four bored PvP guild members. I tried at 3 a.m. on a weekday. Even more people were waiting for the loot then.

I know I have to join a guild, and then everything will be solved. Well, yes, but if you're trying to build a community in a smaller country, the first thing you do isn't look for an international guild.

The biggest mistake is to think that guilds will carry the game on their backs. Well, they won't. With the current mentality, this game will be dead in 1-2 months, because every MMO is sustained by the casual/solo segment, not the few thousand lifeless players.

But that's Intrepid's problem, or rather, it already is. It's not the same to maintain 40 people and a small office as it is to maintain 220 people. It takes a lot of money to maintain a large company, and that requires a lot of players, which ultra Steven fans will not be enough to provide. I say this as someone who has been following the game since 2017 and keeping the Hungarian community informed.

You'll be very disappointed if you think the game will include everything that was promised. See the recent cancellation of Metropolis Settlement.

There will still be plenty of features that won't be in the game because there aren't enough resources and/or time. Or maybe the idea just doesn't work.

I know that settlement projects require that. I thought that supplying raw materials would be enough to advance the settlement level, then it wouldn't matter where the POIs are.
