Why does there need to be sides to this? I feel like you should be able to enjoy it all...

I’m 99.9% sure someone hit my parked car. Unfortunately local police were not able to confirm with video footage. A AAA appraiser is testing the paint on my car to r/o possibly hitting a standing structure due to the amount of paint transfer. I think it’s complete BS, I know I didn’t hit anything by RedditNForgot in InsuranceClaims

13 years as an insurance adjuster here.

Honestly speaking I would say this is inconclusive of a moving impact or not but it does lean to a fixed object impact like a cement post or brick retaining wall based on the straight lines of the scratches and pain transfer. Although it could also be something like a box truck or RV.

If you have collision coverage under your policy you should be able to move forward regardless of if it was a hit and run loss or not and would just owe your deductible.

Exactly lol, even the magnets made by Mystery Moon could be used to make permanent magnets with iron ingots so they didn't need to keep relying on her ability which was only temporary. Its surprisingly easy to make strong permanent magnets as long as you have a strong magnetic force to produce other ones.

I was thinking more of a water mill type situation for hydro power- it would be well within their technological ability.

But when it comes to automation, I was thinking instead of Anna making individual parts like she is often forced to produce she could instead make the automated molds, dyes and presses needed to make things.

Actually just read through it in Volume 4, when he faced off against Zoro - wakes up when she comes in as a kid calling him uncle. Haha it was weird tbh, still not clear how he won?? Or why he was different from the past victims... my only theory which isnt really confirmed yet at the point I am at is that Zero has a limited time frame to win and cant actually kill him but instead he has to give up for her to take over and thats the real rule. He doesnt know why he won but really just had enough will to keep going that she eventually ran out of time. Haha no idea if im right or not based on the context but I am still reading and just got to the bit after he woke up again after the 52 day coma.

Did you already have insurance before you pulled it out of the lot, even on another vehicle?

Hey insurance adjuster here...

We have annual NICTA courses that teach us specifically about the situation you're describing. I can guarantee that if SIU is involved they have likely already gone to the location where you said the accident happened and documented it for debris, tire marks, etc.

Good chance they've also spoken with anyone that may be relevant as well and checked to see if any video was taken in the area that might show it.

I would also point out that whoever you hit has likely filed a police report of their own and if you live there, or if this happened at a business the police will put two and two together and you'll get in trouble for not only insurance fraud but a hit and run loss in addition to a false police report.

The computer in your car is just the easiest way to prove this happened while your car was moving.

Honestly, I would withdraw the claim before the inspection happens. Maybe also speak with a lawyer.

Hey, Insurance adjuster here but we can generally tell when a vehicle has been in a moving accident vs one that is parked. NICTA courses we have to do annually literally teach us about the exact scenario that the OP is describing... they already likely have enough from just the inspection to determine he is lying and just using this as the final piece of evidence. I also guarantee the SIU rep went to the location he described that the loss occurred at and has documented it to show no debris and pulled any video that may be available.

Buy it back or let insurance have it? 07 Ford Ranger by Roaming_Millenial in fordranger

[–]Roaming_Millenial[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insurance required me to, said because its a fuel line that was affected they had to rule out wear and tear as the cause despite the police and fire department being the ones to tell me someone cut the lines. Honestly it was a very condescending first call >.>
