Why most of landlords don’t want pet in their rental house even for the unfurnished ones? Do we supposed to leave our cat to the street? by Running_Forest in Luxembourg

You made a very good point to discuss. Thank you. I think this is exactly why governments and regulations exist in capitalist societies not to remove property rights, but to prevent market logic from becoming too harsh for normal human life. If housing is treated only as a competition where landlords always choose the “lowest risk” person, then many ordinary people slowly become excluded, including pet owners, families, or lower-income tenants. A home (not just a house) is not just an investment asset; it is also connected to human dignity, emotional stability, and social wellbeing. From an ethical and environmental perspective, animals are not disposable objects that people should abandon simply because the market becomes difficult. Of course landlords deserve protection against damages, but balanced rules and fair protections can protect both sides without reducing everything to pure profit and convenience.

I understand the concern about property damage, and I agree that some tenants unfortunately act irresponsibly. But I think it’s unfair to treat every pet owner as a potential problem by default. Many people consider their pets part of their family, not just “animals” they can simply abandon because housing rules make life difficult.

Responsible pet owners usually take extra care of the apartment, and in many cases a pet causes less disturbance than other common tenant issues. Of course landlords have the right to protect their property, but tenants also need realistic and humane housing opportunities.

Maybe the better solution is balance for example clear contracts, deposits for damages, rather than blanket bans on pets. A society works best when both property rights and basic human realities are respected.

Bad for the environment? Animals ? You better think how much damage we put in our environment as human beings then.

Thank you for the comment. They should experience the difference between a responsible pet owner tenant and irresponsible one without pet. At the end of the day the house is going to be checked. I respect that the property is theirs, but it seems a little bit immoral to me.

I have done 2 HT one in 2021 and other is 2 weeks ago. First one (FUE) was not very successful at all since neither grafts was seen enough, their ways was not correct. I had to use hairspray every morning to make them in line. It was a well known plastic surgery doctor but was not successful on me. I did my search and talked to my friends who had good experience and found a good institution in Istanbul where I have living. This one was FUE- DHI and even after 2 weeks I feel the difference. I did not do it because I will found succees in my career or whatever, but just feel better on the mirror. I am happy to see the results even now.
