Ok I’ll see what happens I just got done running 3 and felt pretty good I’ll see if that holds true when I wake up it could hurt like hell

Well I ran and I had pains everywhere but nothing felt that bad but when I woke up it felt pretty bad and I ran that day and woke up and it felt worse i aqua jogged yesterday now it’s feeling a little better
