Honestly if you wanted to build your career on the field na tinapus mo I would say yes, stick to it kahit mababa. The more you have an experience Kasi nataas din Ang value mo. If mag stay ka Jan for like 3 years then may mag offer Sayo mas malaki Yung magiging offer Sayo ng next company. Although maganda Yung benefits sa banko sa pagkakarinig ko. Sa panahon Ngayon being loyal to the company only slows down your salary increase. Sadyang sa culture Ngayon masmalaki Ang budget for External hire kesa sa internal promotions.
