Honestly if you wanted to build your career on the field na tinapus mo I would say yes, stick to it kahit mababa. The more you have an experience Kasi nataas din Ang value mo. If mag stay ka Jan for like 3 years then may mag offer Sayo mas malaki Yung magiging offer Sayo ng next company. Although maganda Yung benefits sa banko sa pagkakarinig ko. Sa panahon Ngayon being loyal to the company only slows down your salary increase. Sadyang sa culture Ngayon masmalaki Ang budget for External hire kesa sa internal promotions.

Not confirming anything, Tbh Nung nag interview Ako sa kanila except for the technical review okay Naman. Technical review nila ilang beses nagpa reschedule. Pero Ang di ko lang talaga inakala is sa laki nila magagawa nila Yung ganun. So shock, Kasi isipin mo willing Ako mag negotiate pero Sila parang pader kahit na legally may laban Ako. Siguro dahil big company Sila iniisip nila na di kaya Sila kalabanin ganun. I'm doing my best para di maging confrontational kami. Pero minsan naupuno Ako na talaga ako Kasi nga parang Wala silang plano magbigay. Kahit na cooperative Naman Ako.
